With over 28 years of hands-on experience in the flooring industry, Brent Posusta brings unmatched passion, craftsmanship, and dedication to every project. As the owner and founder of Custom Installations, Brent has built a reputation for exceeding customer expectations through precision, creativity, and a commitment to quality.
Specializing in custom tile installation and hardwood floor refinishing, Brent has had the privilege of studying under three master flooring craftsmen, an experience that continues to shape his approach to design and detail. With many certifications and awards in the trades, he remains dedicated to staying ahead of the curve by regularly investing in the latest techniques, products, and training.
In 2023 Brent proudly acquired Bergmann Interiors of Glencoe, a beloved interior design studio with a rich 50-year legacy. This exciting expansion allows Brent to offer an even more comprehensive design experience—blending the trusted tradition of Bergmann Interiors with the innovative, customer-focused service that Bergman's is known for.
Brent is driven by a simple mission: to help clients create beautiful, lasting spaces they’ll love coming home to.
Kathy Munson graduated with a degree in interior design and business in 1983. She is available to assist customers with design and technical applications, often utilizing her skill in 3D drawings. With computer-generated images, Kathy helps clients visualize projects before installation, ensuring that the end result is a perfect fit every time.
Spencer Olson started his career in floor covering in 1984 when he went to work for his father-in-law Ralph Lundeen at Lundeen Furniture of Cokato as a floor covering installer.
He went on his own as a floor covering installation sub-contractor in 2014 and began working with several flooring stores in the area with his partner Dennis Dahl.
In February of 2022, he joined the team at Custom Installations as Operations Manager where he puts his nearly 38 years of experience to work measuring, analyzing, estimating, and scheduling various jobs for both new construction and home remodeling projects.
Lisa is a passionate home design expert with a keen eye for transforming spaces. Lisa excels at crafting environments that are both beautiful and practical, whether it's a simple refresh or a complete renovation. Her expertise includes space planning, color consultation, material selection, and project management. She's adept at understanding each customer's unique style and needs, ensuring every project reflects their personal vision. Lisa is committed to delivering exceptional results and creating spaces that inspire.
With over 30 years in the construction industry, Bob brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. Having held roles in sales, project management, production management, and business development, Bob now focuses on tile, flooring, kitchen, and bath remodeling projects as a Project Manager.
Bob believes that every project is more than just another project—it’s about creating a great experience and value for the homeowner. Bob is committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship while ensuring clear communication and a smooth process from start to finish.
